Sauerlandstay is joining forces with Belvilla by OYO
Sauerlandstay is taking a major step forward in the professional letting of holiday homes and apartments. From today, we are letting our properties in partnership with the international letting giant Belvilla by OYO. This is a powerful partnership that will enable us to significantly expand the reach of our properties and strengthen our position as the leading local specialist in the Sauerland.
Born out of personal experience
Sauerlandstay was born out of the practical experience of its founders, Tom, Rob and Jaimy. As owners of their own holiday homes, they realised first-hand just how challenging the letting process can be. It needed to be easier, more personalised and more professional. Today, Sauerlandstay offers a comprehensive service that takes all the hassle out of letting for property owners and ensures guests have an unforgettable stay.
Reach across 112 online travel providers
To take that service to an even higher level, we have joined forces with Belvilla by OYO. The major advantage of this partnership is that our holiday homes and flats are directly connected to no fewer than 112 online travel agencies (OTAs). This ensures maximum international visibility, higher occupancy rates and the best return on investment for property owners.
The local partner for management and service
The collaboration works both ways: Belvilla by OYO sees Sauerlandstay as the ideal partner for comprehensive on-site management. Sauerlandstay provides full caretaker services, professional cleaning and winter and garden maintenance in the region for the affiliated properties. This joining of forces strengthens both organisations and raises the standard of service for both owners and guests to the highest level.
A close-knit local team is on hand
Behind the scenes, nothing changes in terms of our familiar, personalised approach. Our close-knit team of local specialists is on hand for you every day. This includes our own caretakers for day-to-day management, professional cleaners for spotless cleaning, and tradespeople such as painters and interior specialists who keep your property in top condition.
With this move, we are combining the global booking power of Belvilla by OYO with the trusted, local care of Sauerlandstay.
