It starts with an introduction
We always start with a personal consultation. This can take place over the phone, online or in person. You tell us what your plans are; how often you’d like to let out your property, who your ideal guests are, and whether, for example, you’d prefer to organise everything yourself or outsource as much as possible.
Based on this, we’ll give you professional advice on what’s possible.
We ensure a strong online presence
Once everything has been finalised, we’ll list your property on various professional booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and Belvilla. Thanks to this network, your holiday home will immediately be visible to thousands of potential guests worldwide.
We write engaging descriptions, set the right rates and availability, and ensure your property is as easy to find as possible. You don’t need to invest any time or technical knowledge in this yourself; we take care of the entire management process for you.
Bookings? We’ll take care of the rest
As soon as the bookings come in, we ensure that everything runs smoothly. Guests are welcomed in a friendly manner, either in person or via a secure key handover.
After each stay, we carry out a thorough clean and, if required, we change the bed linen and towels via our linen service. Need help with garden maintenance, painting or repairs to your home? We’d be happy to take care of that for you.
Always a clear overview and support
We’ll keep you informed about everything happening with your property. You’ll receive reports and updates, and you can always contact us with any questions or to request changes.
Perhaps you’d like to set temporary booking restrictions or adjust your rates – we’ll help you with that straight away. We also carry out regular property inspections to ensure your property remains in top condition, even in the long term.
