It starts with an introduction
We always start with a personal consultation. This can be done over the phone or online. You tell us what your plans are: how often you’d like to let out your property, who your ideal guests are, and whether, for example, you’d prefer to manage everything yourself or outsource as much as possible.
Based on this, we’ll give you honest and professional advice on what’s possible and what the potential returns might be.
We ensure a strong online presence
Once everything has been finalised, we’ll list your property on various professional booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and Belvilla. Thanks to this network, your holiday home will immediately be visible to thousands of potential guests worldwide.
We write engaging descriptions, set the right rates and availability, and ensure your property is as easy to find as possible. You don’t need to invest any time or technical knowledge in this yourself; we take care of the entire management process for you.
Bookings? We'll take care of the rest.
As soon as the bookings come in, we make sure everything runs smoothly. Guests are welcomed in person or via a secure key transfer.
After each stay, we provide a thorough cleaning and, if desired, we change the bed linen and towels via our linen service. Do you need garden maintenance, painting or repairs to your house? We are happy to take care of that for you.
Always an overview and support
We keep you informed of everything that is happening with your property. You will receive reports and updates, and you can always contact us if you have any questions or require changes.
Perhaps you would like to set temporary block days or adjust your prices; we will help you with this immediately. We also carry out regular property inspections to ensure that your property remains in top condition, even in the long term.
